  • Start your Relay playbook with a simple form that gathers the candidate’s name, contact information, and LinkedIn profile. Advanced Tip: Use an automated sourcing tool and automatically trigger new runs in Relay for each candidate.
  • Use an automation to add the candidate to your outreach tracker (in Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, etc.) to stay organized. Advanced Tip: Automatically update your ATS like Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby if you’ve moved beyond a spreadsheet.

  • Your Relay playbook can dynamically adjust to either an email sequence or LinkedIn sequence depending on what contact information you have.
  • Create templates for each message, and add a “review step” if you want the recruiter or hiring manager to add a personal touch to the message before it’s sent.

  • Use your Relay dashboard to track each candidate’s status and see which candidates you need to nudge.
  • Once you’ve met with or heard from the candidate, fill out a simple form to kick off the next step of (a) interviewing the candidate, (b) keeping them warm, or (c) passing. 
  • Templated email automations will make it easy to quickly close the loop with the candidate and move the process forward.
