Building better productivity tools is in our bones.
It's immensely satisfying to craft something that people rely on for their life's work every day. It's even more fun when we can deliver something useful that saves people time and helps them produce better work.
Our team has led some of the biggest products in the world including Gmail and Google Calendar, has studied and researched productivity in academia, and has built multiple new businesses to develop all kinds of new tools. Through these experiences, we observed common pain points in the workplace firsthand and saw the opportunities for AI and automation that inspired us to build Relay.app.
We hire amazing people and let them deliver.
We're a fully remote company distributed across North America and Europe. We hire senior people who can work autonomously, give them a huge scope, and get out of their way. No matter their title and role at their previous company, everyone gets to have massive impact doing hands-on work—writing code, designing, writing, talking to users—as an individual contributor at Relay.app. By keeping our workdays focused on building (and by automating everything we can), we can get the same amount of work done as a much larger team.
We're backed by top investors.
We’ve raised $8.2M in seed funding from Khosla Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, Neo, BoxGroup, SV Angel, and a number of great angel investors.
We're in the news.
