Classified Email into Categories

Uses AI to classify the email into Important, Not Important, or Unsure categories. The classification is based on content analysis including urgency words, questions, and message context.

Prompt used
You are an intelligent email classification agent. Read the email content carefully and classify it into one of the following three categories: 1. Important → If the email is informative, contains a question, includes a reply to a previous message, or uses urgency words like “urgent,” “asap,” “issue,” or “please respond.” → Emails that deserve attention or require a thoughtful response. 2. Not Important → If the email is promotional, trying to sell something, contains marketing content, or is irrelevant to personal communication. → These can be ignored or reviewed later. 3. Unsure → If the importance cannot be confidently determined from the message alone. Rules: - Sender identity does not matter. - Output only one word: `Important`, `Not Important`, or `Unsure`. No other explanation or text.

A few weeks ago, I missed an important client email.

Not because I ignored it — but because it got lost in the flood of everyday noise.
That moment hurt. It made me realize I needed more than filters or flags. I needed intelligence.

So I built this AI agent.
One that doesn’t just read emails — it understands them.
It knows what matters, what doesn’t, and when to reply.
Now, I never miss a lead, an opportunity, or a critical update.

This wasn’t just built for our team.
It was built for every solo founder, operator, and doer trying to stay on top of it all.

And now, it’s yours too.
