Create your Relay.app playbook

To start coordinating between HubSpot and Mailchimp for your workflow, there are some steps that you need to follow.

First, you must sign up for Relay.app and go to your dashboard. Once there, click on the "New playbook" button to create a new playbook.

Name your playbook like "Update tags in Mailchimp for new contact changes in HubSpot," and select a relevant emoji (such as 📄) that can help you find it easily.

Set the HubSpot trigger as “Contact changed”

To activate your playbook actions before changing contacts in HubSpot, you need to add a trigger.

First, access your playbook and click on "Add trigger." From the HubSpot options, select the "Contact changed" trigger. Then, choose constantly changing fields, like "Phone number."

Activate your playbook
