First, you must sign up for and go to your dashboard. Once there, click on the "New playbook" button to create a new playbook.

Name your playbook like "Add subscribers in Mailchimp for new messages received in HubSpot," and select a relevant emoji (such as 📄) that can help you find it easily.


Set the HubSpot trigger as “Message received”
