Set the Typeform trigger as “New response”

Add the Typeform trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before submitting a form.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook and select the "New response" trigger from the Typeform options. Then, choose the specific form you want to work with (e.g., "Swag Orders"). This will allow your playbook to identify new form submissions and automatically perform the necessary actions.

If you still need to connect your Typeform account to Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the “Get or create tag” in Mailchimp step

Integrate the Mailchimp automation to instantly create or get a tag from the new Typeform response.

Select "Add step", then locate the "Get or create tag" automation, and input the relevant details, such as Audience and name.

If you still need to connect your Mailchimp account to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to create or get a tag through your Mailchimp account.

3

Activate your playbook

Activating your playbook is the last step in the process. Once you turn it on, it will automatically create Mailchimp tags for new Typeform entries without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together.
