Add the CallRail "New inbound call" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "New inbound call" under CallRail. Then, select the account. This trigger will automatically detect all the new inbound calls in CallRail to send a message in Slack.

If this is your first time using a CallRail integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your CallRail account.

2

Add the Slack "Send message" automation

Integrate the Slack "Send message" automation into your playbook to ensure prompt message is sent for CallRail inbound call.
