1

Set the Airtable trigger as "New record added"

Add the Airtable trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before creating a record.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "New record added" trigger from the Airtable automation. It will enable your playbook to automatically identify newly created records and trigger necessary actions.

If you have yet to connect your Airtable account to Relay, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the "Create page" in Notion automation

Integrate the Notion automation to instantly create a new page for every new record added in Airtable.

Select "Add step", then locate the "Create page" automation for Notion and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Notion account isn't already connected to Relay, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay to create a page through your Notion account.

3

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new page in Notion. Once turned on, it will respond to a new record added in Airtable by creating a new page in Notion without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
