How to automatically let new Airtable records update your Pipedrive deals is an automation tool that lets you automate actions across Pipedrive, Airtable, and many other apps.

Set the Airtable trigger as “Record created”

Add the Airtable trigger to initiate your playbook's actions before creating a record.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Choose the "Record created" trigger from the Airtable options. It will enable your playbook to automatically identify newly created records and trigger necessary actions.

If you have yet to connect your Airtable account to Relay, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Add the “Update deal” automation in Pipedrive

Integrate the Pipedrive automation into your playbook.

To add a step to your playbook, select "Add Step" and look for the "Get deal" automation. Then, choose the table you want to work with; for example, let's say you want to work with the "deals" table. Once you've chosen the table, select an identifier in the "Add filter" from your desired table data to match the Pipedrive data. In this example, the identifier is "Title".

Afterward, add another step to your playbook by selecting "Update deal." Next, click on all the relevant fields and fill in the necessary details, such as Title, Value, Currency, and Status

If you still need to connect your Pipedrive account to Relay, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay to update deals through your Pipedrive account.

Activate your playbook

Activating your playbook is the last step to automate the updating of deals in Pipedrive for new Airtable records. Once you turn it on, the playbook automatically syncs Airtable records to update Pipedrive deals without manual intervention.

To activate your playbook, click the toggle button in the header. Before starting it, we recommend running a test to ensure all the steps work seamlessly together.
