Add the Calendly "Event rescheduled" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Event rescheduled" under Calendly. Then, select the relevant details. This trigger will detect all the rescheduled events in Calendly to update the corresponding task in Todoist.

If this is your first time using a Calendly integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Calendly account.

2

Add the Todoist "Get task" & "Update task" automation

Integrate the Todoist automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt update of the task in Todoist for every rescheduled event in Calendly. Add a new step and select "Get task", then "Update task" from the list of Todoist automations.

Connect Todoist to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Calendly to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate updating the Todoist task for every rescheduled event in Calendly. Once turned on, it will respond to every rescheduled event in Calendly by updating the corresponding task in Todoist without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
