Add the Pipedrive "Lead added" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Lead added" under Pipedrive. Then, select the necessary details. This trigger will automatically detect all the newly added leads in Pipedrive to create a new task in Todoist.

If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Pipedrive account.


Add the Todoist "Create task" automation

Integrate the Todoist automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of new tasks in Todoist for every new lead added in Pipedrive. Add a new step and select "Create task" from the list of Todoist automations.
