1

Add the Pipedrive "Deal added" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Deal added" under Pipedrive. This trigger will automatically detect all the newly added deals in Pipedrive to create a new project in Todoist.

Then, select the necessary fields. If this is your first time using a Pipedrive integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Pipedrive account.

2

Add the Todoist "Create project" automation

Integrate the Todoist automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of new projects in Todoist for every new deal added in Pipedrive. Add a new step and select "Create project" from the list of Todoist automations.

Connect Todoist to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Pipedrive to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating a new project in Todoist for every new deal added in Pipedrive. Once turned on, it will respond to new deals added in Pipedrive by creating a new project in Todoist without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
