How to streamline task management with adding Notion pages to Retable rows

1

Add the Notion trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Database page created" under Notion. Then, select the database. If this is your first time using a Notion integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Notion account.

Every time a database page is created in Notion, your playbook will run automatically.

2

Add the Retable "Add row" automation

Now, you can add a new row in Retable. Add a further step and select "Add row" from the list of Retable automations.

Connect Retable to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out details like the table and values. You can reference fields from Notion to automatically pass along the correct data.

3

Turn on the playbook

When you are done with the playbook, it's time to turn it on.

The playbook will now run automatically whenever a database page is created in Notion. You can also click "Check now" to manually check whenever you'd like.
