Set the Typeform trigger as "New response"

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and initiates your playbook's actions.

Click "Add trigger" and select "New response" under Typeform automation. Then, select the form you're using. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect new response in Typeform and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Typeform integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the "Create meeting" in Zoom automation

Integrate the Zoom automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new Zoom meeting for each new response in Typeform.

Select the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create meeting" automation for Zoom and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Zoom account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to create a new meeting through your Zoom account.

3

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of Zoom meetings. Once turned on, it will respond to a new Typeform response by creating a new meeting in Zoom without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
