Add the Tally trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "New form submission" under Tally. Then, select the specific form you're interested in monitoring. If this is your first time using a Tally integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Tally account.

Now, each time there is a new form submission in Tally, your playbook will run automatically.

2

Add the Airtable Add record automation

Now you can add a new record to an Airtable table. Add a new step and select "Add record" from the list of Airtable automations.

Connect Airtable to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the necessary details such as the Table and Fields. You can reference fields from Tally to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

When you are done with the playbook, it's time to activate it.

The playbook will now operate automatically every time a form is submitted in Tally. You can also click "Check now" to perform a manual check whenever you'd like.
