Create your playbook and set the HubSpot trigger as "Form submission received"

After creating your playbook, you can proceed to add your trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.

To setup this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Form submission received" under HubSpot. Then, select the form. If this is your first time using a HubSpot integration in, you'll be prompted to connect your HubSpot account.

Now, every time a form is submitted in HubSpot, your playbook will run automatically.


Add the "Update or create contact" in Brevo automation

Integrate the Brevo automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new contact in Brevo when a new form has been submitted on HubSpot.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Update or create contact" automation for Brevo and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Brevo account isn't already connected to, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for to sync with your Brevo account.


Activate your playbook
