Create your Relay.app playbook

To start coordinating your workflow between Stripe and Google Sheets, you must set up specific steps.

Firstly, sign up for Relay.app and visit your dashboard. Click the "New playbook" button to start creating a playbook.

Give your playbook a unique name like "Add cancelled Stripe subscriptions to Google Sheets rows," and choose a relevant emoji like đź—’ to help you quickly identify it.

Set the Stripe trigger as “Subscription canceled”

Add the Stripe trigger to initiate your playbook's actions every time a subscription is canceled.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "Subscription canceled" trigger option from the dropdown menu under Stripe. It will enable your playbook to automatically identify newly canceled subscriptions and trigger necessary actions.

Add the “Add row to sheet” step in Google Sheets

Select "Add Step" and find the "Add row to sheet" automation for Google Sheets. Enter all the required details such as Cancelation request, Cancelation schedule, Customer, End date, Product amount, Items, Start date, Status, and Summary.
