How to add the Jotform respondent as a new customer in Paddle

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Form submission received" under Jotform. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect each new form submitted in Jotform and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Jotform integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

Integrate the Paddle automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new customer in Paddle for each respondent who submitted a form in Jotform.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the 'Get or create customer" automation for Paddle and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Paddle account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Paddle account.

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new customer. Once turned on, it will respond whenever a respondent submits a form in Jotform by creating a new customer for the respondent in Paddle without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
