Add the Harvest "Project created" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Project created" under Harvest. Then, select client details such as the client name. This trigger will automatically detect all the new projects created in Harvest to create a new card in Trello.

If this is your first time using a Harvest integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Harvest account.

2

Add the Trello "Add card to list" automation

Integrate the Trello automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt addition of a card to Trello for each new project created in Harvest. Add a new step and select "Add card to list" from the list of Trello automations.

Connect Trello to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Harvest to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate adding a new card in Trello for every new project created in Harvest. Once turned on, it will respond to every new project created in Harvest by adding a new card to Trello without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
