1

Create your playbook

To automate this workflow, you'll create a Relay playbook that activates each time there's a new response in your Google Form.

Get started by signing up at Relay.app and clicking "New playbook." Give your new playbook a unique name and emoji.

2

Add the Google Forms trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and initiates your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "New form response" under Google Forms. Then, choose the specific form you want to monitor. If this is your first time using a Google Forms integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Google Forms account.

Now, each time there's a new submission to your Google Form, your playbook will be triggered to run automatically.

3

Add the Attio Create or update record automation

Now you can set up the automation to create or update a record in Attio. Add a new step and select "Create or update record" from the list of Attio automations.

Connect Attio to Relay if you haven't already, then complete the required fields such as Object, Matching attribute, and Attributes. You can reference fields from the Google Form to automatically provide the necessary data.

4

Turn on the playbook

When your playbook is configured, it's time to activate it.

The playbook will now execute automatically each time a new form response is received in Google Forms. You can also select "Check now" to trigger a manual check at your convenience.
