How to add new Cal.com bookings as Attio person records
Add the Cal.com trigger
Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.
Click "Add trigger" and select "New booking" under Cal.com. Then, choose the event type you want to trigger the playbook. If this is your first time using a Cal.com integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Cal.com account.
Now, every time there's a new booking in Cal.com, your playbook will run automatically.
Add the Attio Create or update record automation
Now you can add a new record or update an existing one in Attio. Add a new step and select "Create or update record" from the list of Attio automations.
Connect Attio to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out details such as the object type, the matching attribute, and the attributes you want to update or create. You can reference fields from Cal.com to automatically pass along the right data.
Turn on the playbook
When you are done with the playbook, it's time to turn it on.
The playbook will now run automatically whenever there is a new booking in Cal.com. You can also click "Check now" to do a manual check whenever you'd like.
