Add the Jotform "Form submission received" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Form submission received" under Jotform. Then, select the form. This trigger will automatically detect all the new forms submitted in Jotform to create a new lead in Pipedrive.

If this is your first time using a Jotform integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Jotform account.

2

Add the Pipedrive "Get or add lead for person" automation

Integrate the Pipedrive automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new lead in Pipedrive for every new form submitted in Jotform. Add a new step and select "Get or add lead for person" from the list of Pipedrive automations.

Connect Pipedrive to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Jotform to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate adding a new lead in Pipedrive for every new form submitted in Jotform. Once turned on, it will respond to every form submitted in Jotform by adding a lead in Pipedrive without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
