Add the Google Forms "Form response submitted" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Form response submitted" under Google Forms. Then, select the form. This trigger will automatically detect all the form responses submitted in Google Forms to create a new task in ClickUp.

If this is your first time using a Google Forms integration in Relay.app, you'll be prompted to connect your Google Forms account.

2

Add the ClickUp "Create task" automation

Integrate the ClickUp automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new task in ClickUp for every new form response submitted in Google Forms. Add a new step and select "Create task" from the list of ClickUp automations.

Connect ClickUp to Relay.app if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from Google Forms to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating a new task in ClickUp for every new response submitted in Google Forms. Once turned on, it will respond to every new response submitted in Google Forms by creating a new task in ClickUp without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
