Set the Webflow trigger as “Order disputed”

Add the Webflow trigger to initiate your playbook's actions whenever an order is disputed.

To do this, click "Add trigger" in your playbook. Select the "Order disputed" trigger option from the dropdown menu under Webflow. It will enable your playbook to identify newly disputed orders
and trigger necessary actions automatically.

Add the “Send message” step in Slack

Integrate Slack automation into your playbook to ensure that you receive timely updates about the disputed orders in Webflow.

Select "Add Step" and then find the "Send message" automation for Slack. Enter all the required details, including the sender's name, the Slack channel for updates, and the message body containing detailed information.
