Set the Stripe trigger as “Subscription canceled”

Once you have finished creating your playbook, the next step would be to begin with the first action. A playbook always starts with a trigger, which is responsible for detecting changes in your connected applications and responding accordingly.

Add the Stripe trigger to initiate your playbook's actions when a subscription cancellation occurs. Click "Add trigger" in your playbook and choose "Subscription canceled" from the dropdown menu under Stripe. This will allow your playbook to automatically identify newly canceled subscriptions and trigger necessary actions.

Add the "Add card to list" step in Trello

Integrate the Trello automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of Trello cards for each canceled Stripe subscription.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Add card to list" automation for Trello and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Trello account isn't already connected to, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for to sync with your Trello account.
