Add the Tally trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "New form submission" under Tally. Then, select the specific form you want to monitor. If this is your first time using a Tally integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Tally account.

Now, your playbook will run automatically every time there is a new submission to your selected Tally form.

2

Add the Coda Add row to table automation

Now you can add a new entry to your Coda table. Add a new step and select "Add row to table" from the list of Coda automations.

Connect Coda to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the details like which table to add to and the values for each row. You can reference fields from Tally to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

When you are done with the playbook, it's time to make it active.

The playbook will now run automatically whenever there is a new submission in Tally. You can also click "Check now" to do a manual check whenever you'd like.
