Add the Webflow trigger

A trigger is the event that kickstarts your workflow between Webflow and Lemlist.

For this guide, the Webflow trigger 'New form submission' will be used to automatically initiate new runs in your playbook whenever a form is submitted on your site.

To set this up, click on 'Add trigger' within your playbook and choose the 'New form submission' trigger from the Webflow options. Follow the prompts to configure the trigger and, if required, connect your Webflow account to enable this functionality.

2

Add the Lemlist automation

In your playbook, you will configure automations that perform tasks within external tools.

For this workflow, you will need to add the 'Add Lead to Campaign' automation in Lemlist. To do this, select the 'Add step' button in your playbook, proceed to the 'Automations' section, and search for the 'Add Lead to Campaign' automation under Lemlist. Provide the necessary details to configure the automation. If you haven't connected your Lemlist account before, follow the steps to establish the connection when prompted.

3

Turn on your playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to enable the automatic flow of leads from Webflow form submissions into your Lemlist campaign.

You'll find the toggle switch in the playbook's header. Click on it to turn your playbook on. It's recommended to use the testing feature before activation, to ensure everything operates smoothly and as planned. Once your playbook is live, it will automatically create new runs whenever a new form submission is detected in Webflow.
