Add the Lemlist "Unsubscribed recipient" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Unsubscribed recipient" under Lemlist. Then, select the necessary fields. This trigger will automatically detect all the recipients that unsubscribed in Lemlist to add new rows in Google Sheets to keep track of the cancelled subscribers.

If this is your first time using a Lemlist integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Lemlist account.

Add the Google Sheets "Add row to sheet" automation

Integrate the Google Sheets automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt addition of a new row to a Google Sheets document with data for every unsubscribed recipient in Lemlist. Add a new step and select "Add row to sheet" from the list of Google Sheets automations.

Turn on the playbook
