Click "Add trigger" and select "New outbound call" under CallRail. Then, select the account. This trigger will automatically detect all the new outbound calls in CallRail to create a lead in Pipedrive.

If this is your first time using a CallRail integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your CallRail account.

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of new leads in Pipedrive for every new outbound call in CallRail. Once turned on, it will respond to a new outbound call in CallRail by creating a new lead in Pipedrive without manual intervention.
