We’re thrilled to introduce two highly requested features designed to make your workflow automations even smoother and more collaborative. These updates will streamline multi-account workflows and help you share automation tools across your team seamlessly.

1. Sign in with Multiple Accounts for Any App Integration
Have you ever needed to automate tasks using more than one account? With our new multi-account sign-in feature, you can now connect multiple accounts for any app integration within Relay.app. This unlocks new flexibility in automations, especially when:
- Sending emails from multiple addresses in Gmail (e.g., personal and support@ addresses)
- Using both personal and service accounts in Salesforce for tasks that need specific permissions
Whether you’re managing multiple brands, departments, or accounts, you can now handle it all from one streamlined workspace.
2. Share Connections Across Your Workspace
We’re also excited to introduce shared app connections within workspaces. This feature lets team members share access to app integrations, so everyone can leverage essential tools for their automations without needing individual accounts.
Imagine one team member with an OpenPhone account allowing the rest of the team to create automations with it—making collaboration smoother and helping you get more from your existing tools.
