How to link new Retable rows to your Webflow collections is an automation tool that lets you automate actions across Webflow, Retable, and many other apps. In this guide, we'll show you how to automatically run the “create collection” action in Webflow for each row added in Retable using

Add the Retable trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and creates your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Row added" under Retable. Then, select the table you want to use. If this is your first time using a Retable integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Retable account.

Every time a row is added in Retable, your playbook will run automatically.

Add the Webflow "Create collection" automation

Now, you can create a new collection in Webflow. Add a further step and select "Create collection" from the list of Webflow automations.

Connect Webflow to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the details like the site, the name of the collection, the singular name of each item, and what is used as an identifier in the URL. You can reference fields from Retable to pass along the correct data automatically.

Turn on the playbook

When you are done with the playbook, it's time to turn it on.

The playbook will now run automatically whenever a row is added in Retable. You can also click "Check now" to manually check whenever you'd like.
