How to automatically create a Front account for new Airtable records

Relay.app is an automation tool that lets you automate actions across Airtable, Front, and many other apps.

1

Add the Airtable trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Record created" under Airtable. Then, select the table. If this is your first time using an Airtable integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Airtable account.

Every time a new record is created in Airtable, your playbook will run automatically.

2

Add the Front "Create account" automation

Now, you can create a new account in Front. Add a further step and select "Create account" from the list of Front automations.

Connect Front to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the details like name, description, domains, and external ID. You can reference fields from Airtable to pass along the correct data automatically.

3

Turn on the playbook

When you are done with the playbook, it's time to turn it on.

The playbook will run automatically whenever a new record is created in Airtable. You can also click "Check now" to manually check whenever you'd like.
