How to add Stripe customers to Retable as rows

Relay.app is an automation tool that lets you automate actions across Retable, Stripe, and many other apps. In this guide, we'll show you how to automatically run the “add row to table” action in Retable for each customer created in Stripe using Relay.app.

1

Add the Stripe trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and responds to your playbook. Click "Add trigger" and select "Customer created" under Stripe. When a customer is created in Stripe, your playbook will run automatically.

2

Add the Retable "Add row" automation

Now, you can add a row to Retable. Add a new step and select "Add row" from the list of Retable automations. Connect Retable to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the details like table and values. You can reference fields from Stripe to pass along the correct data automatically.

3

Turn on the playbook

When you are done with the playbook, it's time to turn it on. The playbook will now run automatically whenever a customer is created in Stripe. You can also click "Check now" to manually check whenever you'd like.
