Set the Calendly trigger as “Event rescheduled”

Add the Calendly trigger to initiate your playbook's actions every time an event is rescheduled. Click "Add trigger" in your playbook and choose "Event rescheduled" from the dropdown menu under Calendly.

Add the “Send draft” step in Gmail
