Set the Jotform trigger as "Form submission received"

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and initiates your playbook's actions.

Click "Add trigger" and select "Form submission received" under Jotform automation. Then, select the form. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect new form submissions in Jotform and initiate necessary actions

Add the " Create event" in Google Calendar automation

Integrate the Google Calendar automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of new events for new form submissions in Jotform.

Select the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create event" automation for Google Calendar and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Google Calendar account isn't already connected to, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for to create an event through your Google Calendar account.


Activate your playbook
