Generate a personalized audio briefing each morning that summarizes your recent emails and upcoming calendar events. Here's how it works:

  • The workflow runs automatically on a scheduled time each day
  • It gathers emails from the past 10 hours and today's calendar events with attendees
  • AI creates a spoken briefing optimized for audio, including your first meeting time and email summaries
  • The briefing is converted to audio, saved to Google Drive, and shared in your configured Slack channel

Write Daily Briefing

Uses AI to compose a daily briefing optimized for audio playback, including your first meeting time and summaries of important emails. The AI prioritizes emails that need replies and excludes URLs to keep the audio format clean.

Prompt used
Please write a daily briefing for me based on the emails that have arrived in the past 10 hours and the events I have scheduled today. This is going to be read out over audio, so optimize it for that. First, let me know what time my first meeting is. Then read out the summaries of any emails I need to reply to. Finally, read out the summaries of other emails. Guidelines: - Do not include any URLs! - Only include meeting locations if they're in person
