1

Add the HubSpot "New form submission" trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "New form submission" under HubSpot. Then, select the form you're interested in. This trigger will automatically detect all the new form submissions in HubSpot to create a new contact in Mailjet.

If this is your first time using a HubSpot integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your HubSpot account.

2

Add the Mailjet "Get or create contact" automation

Integrate the Mailjet automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new contact in Mailjet for every new form submission in HubSpot. Add a new step and select "Get or create contact" from the list of Mailjet automations.

Connect Mailjet to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out the mandatory and relevant details. You can reference fields from HubSpot to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate creating a new contact in Mailjet for every new form submission in HubSpot. Once turned on, it will respond to every new form submission in HubSpot by creating a new contact in Mailjet without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are sent correctly.
