1

Set the Paddle trigger as "Transaction created"

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

To set up this playbook, click "Add trigger" and then select "Transaction created" under Paddle. This will allow your playbook to automatically detect each newly created transaction in Paddle and initiate necessary actions.

If this is your first time using a Paddle integration in Relay.app, a prompt will guide you through the connection process.

2

Add the "Create meeting" in Zoom automation

Integrate the Zoom automation into your playbook to ensure the prompt creation of a new Zoom meeting when a new transaction has been created in Paddle.

Click the "Add step" button, then locate the "Create meeting" automation for Zoom and input the mandatory and relevant details.

If your Zoom account isn't already connected to Relay.app, you will be prompted to complete that connection. Make sure to allow the necessary permissions for Relay.app to sync with your Zoom account.

3

Activate your Relay.app playbook

Activating your playbook is the final step to automate the creation of a new Zoom meeting. Once turned on, it will respond to each newly created transaction in Paddle by creating a new Zoom meeting without manual intervention.

To enable your playbook, click the toggle button located in the header. It is advisable to perform a test run of your playbook beforehand to ensure all steps work seamlessly together and reminders are being sent correctly.
