My team uses this automation to streamline our process for customer discovery. How it works is we ask customers to enter their LinkedIn Profile. We scrape LinkedIn using an external API, via Relevance ai.

Dynamically run automations using other team members' accounts

This powerful workflow uses the 'Assign a Role' action to dynamically fetch the Account Manager for a closed Deal in HubSpot, so that a welcome email to the new customer will be sent using their Gmail account. Before the email is sent, the assigned Account Manager will first get a Human-in-the-Loop approval step where they have the opportunity to give the final go-ahead.
