Steps in this workflow
Monitor Reddit posts in your chosen subreddit and automatically identify opportunities to provide helpful comments. Here's how it works:
- The workflow monitors new posts in a subreddit you specify
- AI analyzes each post to determine if it's a question you can answer
- For relevant posts, AI generates a helpful comment reply
- You receive an email with the post details and suggested comment
Monitors a subreddit for new posts and triggers the workflow when one is detected. The subreddit to monitor should be configured when setting up the workflow.
Uses AI to classify the Reddit post into one of three categories: "Question we can answer", "Insight we can learn from", or "Other". This helps determine whether the post is worth commenting on.
Checks if the post was classified as "Question we can answer" and ends the workflow if not. This prevents unnecessary processing for posts that don't match your criteria.
Generates a helpful Reddit comment using AI based on the original post content. The AI creates a response that directly addresses the question or topic raised in the post.
Sends an email notification containing the original Reddit post details and the AI-generated comment suggestion. This allows you to review and manually post the comment if appropriate.
