Add the Webflow trigger

Every playbook starts with a trigger. The trigger detects changes in your connected apps and runs your playbook in response.

Click "Add trigger" and select "New form submission" under Webflow. Then, select the form you want to monitor. If this is your first time using a Webflow integration in Relay, you'll be prompted to connect your Webflow account.

Now, every time a form is submitted in Webflow, your playbook will run automatically.

2

Add the Mailchimp Add subscriber to list automation

Now you can add contacts to a Mailchimp list. Add a new step and select "Add subscriber to list" from the list of Mailchimp automations.

Connect Mailchimp to Relay if you haven't already, then fill out details like Audience and Email address. You can reference fields from Webflow to automatically pass along the right data.

3

Turn on the playbook

When you are done with the playbook, it's time to activate it.

The playbook will now operate automatically with each new Webflow form submission. You can also click "Check now" to conduct a manual check whenever you'd like.
