New year, new features: built-in forms & HitL updates
Happy New Year! 🎉
In the final weeks of 2025, we launched a bunch of new integrations with apps like Instagram, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Confluence.
We also shipped a few product updates that many of you have been asking for. Two highlights:
1. Form trigger
Triggering workflows from form submissions is a very common use case. In addition to supporting tools like Google Forms, Typeform, and Webflow, you can now create simple forms directly in Relay.app and share the link with anyone.
2. Human-in-the-loop actions can now be completed by non-Relay.app users
Previously, human-in-the-loop steps could only be assigned to users inside your Relay.app workspace. With this update, that limitation is gone.
You can now send HitL requests to any email address or Slack channel or user, making it much easier to involve customers, partners, or external teammates.
